Order Cancellation
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 15 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please note the following guidelines:
- Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- No return requests accepted after the 15-day window
- Exchanges may take 10-15 business days to process and ship
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Restocking fees apply to all returned items
- Damaged, worn, or used leather jackets are not eligible for return or exchange
- Refunds and store credits are processed within 15-20 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item
